Meet Manijeh Kamyar, MD
Counseling my patients and explaining everything that’s happening to them in easy-to-understand terms is my forte. Many pregnancies are inherently easy, but the ones that are complicated are where we need to do the best job of counseling our patients. I love to take the time to make sure my patients understand everything – from their diagnosis, to our ultrasound findings, to the treatment options – and that all their questions are answered. This is where I have the chance to turn a scary time into something positive for the parents.
As a team, we have all worked hard to determine the best interventions, treatments and modalities to provide the best care for our patients. I am dedicated to being up-to-date on the most recent research and clinical practice changes, so I can bring this to my patients. We at the High Risk Pregnancy Center hope to have pregnancies that keep moms healthy and bring healthy babies into this world, and having those positive outcomes in high-risk situations is my ultimate goal.
Born and raised in California, Dr. Kamyar’s hobbies include spending time with her family, skiing, hiking and reading. She speaks English and Spanish.
