Meet Stephanie Richmond, APRN
Nurse Practitioner
My passion for women’s health started in nursing school when I saw my first delivery during a clinical rotation. It was incredible to see what women go through to bring life into the world. I knew I wanted to be a part of it somehow with my career. My main role at HRPC is perinatal diabetes management. My goal with every patient is to form an open and safe provider-patient relationship to improve communication that leads to better outcomes. My hope with every patient is to make their high-risk pregnancy something they feel they can manage physically and mentally. Diabetes in pregnancy can feel like it’s an overwhelming task but with the support of HRPC we will make you feel empowered. I take time to help develop a personalized plan of care for you and answer any questions you may have.
Stephanie started her nursing career in 2015 as a labor and delivery nurse. She became a nurse practitioner in 2019 and has been working with the High Risk Pregnancy Center helping to coordinate diabetes care for our patients. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her growing family and being outside.
